General questions
Why do all of your apps share one domain?+
Paying for a separate domain per app is wasted money for an indie developer. Every app I ship lives at moetalaat.com/<app-slug>, with its own product page, privacy policy, terms, and support page under that slug.
Why is the support email the same for every app?+
Because there's one developer (me) reading every message. Sending you to a dedicated address per app would just be theater. Real inbox, real reply.
How long until you reply?+
Usually within a day or two. I'm in the GMT+2 timezone, so if you write during my night, expect a reply the next morning. Bugs that affect billing or account deletion get pushed to the front of the queue.
I think I'm being charged but I don't remember subscribing.+
Every subscription I sell runs through Apple. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, to see every active sub on your Apple ID and cancel anything you don't want. For refunds, use reportaproblem.apple.com.
Does this site track me?+
No. moetalaat.com has no analytics, no ads, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts of any kind. The privacy pages promise that, so the site has to honor it. The apps themselves may use analytics, but only if their own privacy page says so, and never for the content of your readings, photos, or chats.
Can I report a security issue?+
Yes, please. Email support@moetalaat.com with the details. If it's sensitive, ask for a PGP key in the first message and I'll send one.
