Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using LotShow ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please don't use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA), and old enough to form a binding contract in your country, to use LotShow. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. What LotShow Is
LotShow is a car-photo enhancement app for iPhone. You take or upload a photo of a car, choose a backdrop, and the App composites the car onto that set, relights it, adds a soft shadow, and returns a showroom-style listing image. Your account, your credit balance, your uploaded photos, and your enhanced results are stored in the App's backend (Firebase), and your photos are processed by third-party image services to produce each result (see Section 10).
4. Your Photos and Content
You keep all rights to the photos you upload and the enhanced results you receive. You represent that you own or have the right to use every photo you submit, and that enhancing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You grant us and our image providers a limited license to store, transmit, and process your photos solely to provide the enhancement and to operate the App. We don't use your photos to train our own models or for advertising.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload photos you don't have the rights to, or that infringe someone else's intellectual property or privacy
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content, or use the App to misrepresent a vehicle in a deceptive or fraudulent way
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the App or its backend
- Use the App in a way that imposes unreasonable load on the service, or resell access to it
You are responsible for the photos you enhance and for how you use the results, including any listing you post them to.
6. Enhancement Results
LotShow produces an edited, stylized imageof your car. Results are generated automatically and may vary in quality, may alter the appearance of the vehicle or its surroundings, and are not a factual representation of the car's exact condition. You are responsible for making sure any enhanced photo you publish still fairly and honestly represents the vehicle, and for complying with the listing rules of any marketplace you post to.
7. Your Account
You sign in with Apple, Google, or an email and password, and are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You can delete your account at any time from the App's settings, which removes your photos, enhancement history, and account.
8. Credits, Subscriptions & Billing
LotShow uses credits to run enhancements, and may offer credit packs or auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store and managed via RevenueCat. Where a subscription applies, payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase, the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time from your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region. Credits are a license to use a feature of the App, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for money. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
9. Intellectual Property
The App's code, design, copy, brand, backdrops, and enhancement pipeline are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for its intended purpose. This does not affect your ownership of the photos you upload or the results you receive.
10. Third-Party Services
- Google Firebase: authentication, database, storage, and functions
- Photoroom: composites, relights, and shadows your car onto the backdrop
- Google (Gemini image model): optional final polish of the image
- Apple: sign-in, distribution, and billing
- Google: Google Sign-In
- RevenueCat: subscription and credit entitlement reporting
- PostHog: anonymous product analytics
Your use of these services is governed by their own terms.
11. Privacy
Your use of LotShow is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that any enhancement will meet your expectations or be suitable for a particular listing or platform.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LotShow and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any consequence of publishing or relying on an enhanced image.
14. Modifications
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
15. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can terminate at any time by deleting your account.
