1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DealRank ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please don't use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use DealRank, since the App is intended to help with vehicle purchasing decisions. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. What DealRank Is

DealRank is a used-car deal ranking app for iOS and Android. It shows vehicle listings and dealer information, compares them on attributes like price, mileage, make, model, and trim, and assigns each a deal score to help you judge value. Your account, searches, and saved listings are stored in DealRank's backend (Firebase).

4. Informational Only, Not Financial or Purchase Advice

DealRank's deal scores, rankings, and listing details are informational estimates to help you compare options. They are notan appraisal, a guarantee of a vehicle's condition, history, title status, or value, and notfinancial, legal, or purchasing advice. A deal score is a model's opinion based on the data available, which may be incomplete or out of date. Always inspect a vehicle, verify its history and paperwork, and do your own due diligence before buying. You are solely responsible for any purchase decision.

5. Listings & Dealers

Listings and dealer information shown in DealRank originate from third parties. We do not own the vehicles, set their prices, or control their availability or accuracy, and listings may be sold, changed, or removed at any time. DealRank is not a party to any transaction between you and a dealer or seller, and is not responsible for their conduct, representations, or the vehicles themselves.

You sign in with Apple or Google and are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You can add a Face ID / biometric app lock, and you can delete your account at any time from the app's settings.

8. Subscriptions & Billing

DealRank may offer auto-renewing subscriptions sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play and managed via RevenueCat. Where a subscription applies, payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase, the subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time from your App Store or Google Play account settings. Prices may vary by region, and refunds are handled by the respective store under their policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The App's code, design, copy, brand, and the deal-scoring methodology are the property of the developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.

Your use of these services is governed by their own terms.

Your use of DealRank is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any listing, price, or deal score.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DealRank and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including any vehicle purchase decision made based on a listing, price, or deal score shown in the App.

14. Modifications

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can terminate at any time by deleting your account.
